I can't tell you how much the staff and especially Jay did for me and my family during the most difficult time of my life so far, the passing of my mother. After going through another local funeral home and not being able to afford them, calling Randolph Funeral Home and speaking with Jay, set our family for a better experience that what we were having thus far, to being told you need 12k right now, and then 10k, right now...or you all have credit cards don't you. You apparently didn't know me nor my family well enough to afford us any consideration at all, during this most difficult time of our lives. But then we call Randolph Funeral Home, our choice to begin with, but with my father barely lost my mother 5 minutes being asked where do you want us to take her, not to the hospital, but which funeral home. Man tell me how that is supposed to go. But when we spoke to Jay, the minute he said we will bring her here tonight. I still can't stop crying to telling you how much that meant to me and my family. Having worked in the area for my whole adult life until just 6 short years ago. Was not even given an opportunity to come up with the other half that we needed. Then Jay being so kind hearted that I felt he was bringing her home, where she was going to be taken care of, not just a $$ sign. I am still at a loss for words and it's only been two weeks. Jay I can't say enough for the help that you gave me and my family during this most difficult time and the since of love and care that you afforded my family during this most difficult time. You are and asset to this business. I can not say more. I do feel that the funeral home that we were at before has been loosing so much that they forgot how to be compassionate to people, and I have known most of the staff my whole adult life. Well I guess one person was still there that I knew, they have changed so much over the last 5 or 6 years, but because you have had so much strife in your family that you forgot how to be compassionate to the ones who have lost their own. Thank you once again Randolph Funeral Home for taking care of us and giving us the opportunity to take care of our mother as she was such a good and faithful servant to the Lord our Savior, that she did not disserve the treatment that she got, but that what you did for us was above and beyond and working with us, to help bury our beloved mother.

I can't thank these folks enough for the professionalism and kindness they've shown over the years in being my past employer as well as conducting the viewings of at least two of my friends. Especially Jay. In the most painful loss I've ever experienced, Jay made it bearable. I will never forget his excellent work and kindness. He also brought me laughter when I really needed it. Thank you so much Jay! Much love and best wishes to all of you and yours!

These guys did a wonderful job when my dad passed. They made us feel very comfortable, especially with my mom. Jay and Kevin were great, and Kevin went above and beyond what he had to. Just wanted to say Thank You again.

Brother Glen’s Family I’m so sorry for your loss! He is the Best Brother anyone could ask for!!!! So many good memories and one that always stuck with me was he worked at Ivy Hill School starting the heat stove and saved his money and bought me a Bicycle for Christmas- he paid for my cherished bike from money working at Ivy Hill while attending school! He had very strong ethics and morals! I know he’s with Mom, Dad, Troy and Beulah! He glowed with Kindness and I will miss him more than words can express! Tears and 🙏🏻 for my loving Brother! With Deepest Sympathy Jim & Larry ❤️
